Established in 1984, ERAE Automotive Systems Co. (formally KDAC USA) now has facilities in 30 countries. ERAE manufactures more than 40 types of core automotive components and modules with a production capacity for 2 million vehicles. These components include electric products, brake systems, steering systems, driveshaft systems, and air conditioning systems for leading OEMs throughout the world.     Customers include GM, Fiat Chrysler, Toyota, Kubota, Hyundai/Kia, Audi.

Senior Product Engineer – HVAC Module

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the development and validation of the automotive HVAC module.

 

JOB DETAILS:

-Identify and develop technical solutions for automotive HVAC modules

-Ensure the HVAC module meets performance objectives

-Maintain component and sub-system DVP&R and keep up to date with simulation

-Review heat exchangers and electrical components to help develop HVAC module design

-Create and maintaining DVP&R, DFEMA, and PFEMA

-Negligible travel to support program activities

-Perform competitive product benchmarking

-Maintain awareness of new technology

 

This is a full time job opening located in Farmington Hills, MI
