Controls Software Systems Engineer
Responsibilities include accountability for project performance, professional/technical growth, and contributing to the increased execution efficiency of the team through training and creation of standards. Work with a well-established team of engineers as well as managers and directors to support a key part of the business that is expected to continue to grow at a rapid pace. The ability to support business development efforts is also important.
This position requires a strong working knowledge of automation software and hardware including industry-standard PLC, SCADA, and database platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple programming languages including VB, C, SQL, etc. and the ability to pass these skills onto the team. Special consideration will be given to candidates with MES experience in any platform including (but not limited to) Rockwell, GE, Wonderware, or Ignition.
This position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, effective organizational skills and the ability to successfully execute multiple responsibilities. Candidates need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
